Hi, just wondering if anyone has made a career transition from a similar field such as Marketing & Comms to Grants? My role is being made redundant with the charity, but there is possibly a role coming up in the same organisation as a Grants Manager and I'm wondering whether to apply. I know leadership are supportive of me in general (but I haven't told them of any intent to apply for this). My confidence is a little low at the moment though and I'm struggling to see if I have transferable skills. Has anyone made a similar transition or have any advice?
