Case management system recommendations

Hi everyone, I'm hoping someone might be able to recommend a very good case management system that's specifically designed for managing support cases where the clients are victims or survivors of honour based abuse, or domestic abuse?
We're already in the process of setting a wonderful new CRM (Beacon) for data for non-vulnerable contacts (i.e. volunteers, staff, fundraising contacts etc). However we also need a dedicated, ring-fenced, UK based system for managing our vulnerable adults receiving support from us.
We've looked at Paloma, iCarol, Time to Spare, and Lamplight - all good - but they didn't seem to quite meet our requirements. As a very small charity we need something not overly complex and it must be something nice to use and easy too.
I've spent close to a year searching for the right solution so far.
