Hello, does anyone have some advice on changing career path from project management to policy work, within human rights? I'd love to be more involved in content and feeling like I am part of the conversations that matter instead of just being the face behind all the admin necessary for projects to develop.Â
Only thing is I'm not sure what I need to bring to the table to be able to make this change and whether my skills are applicable to this change. Let me know what you think, any advice is super highly appreciated! Thank you!! 🙏
