Hi
A specific question: We're about to start the process of applying to the Charities Commission to recognise us as a CIO. We've got Articles of Association prepared, based on the model ones.
Am I right in thinking the Charities Commission need a signed copy of these, signed by the Trustees ? We have them in PDF form but to get a signed copy I'd need to print it out, get the signatures and then re-scan the whole document to upload it? Just wanted to check what I will have to upload to meet the requirements.
