As for me, I work in social media for CharityJob. My big focus is LinkedIn and ways we can deliver great, engaging content and thought leadership for our followers on there. My headache on there is how they de-rank posts that link to blog articles on your website (their sneaky way of getting more people to blog on their platform). My biggest tip for people looking to grow their charity's LinkedIn pages is to post polls (particularly ones with an 'Other? Comment below' option) and also posts to generate discussion/engagement in the comments. Comments are the biggest factor that LinkedIn's algorithm considers when deciding whether to boost the reach of a post or not, so doing this regularly will get your posts seen far and wide. Sorry that wasn't advice about comms per se, perhaps someone else can give me their own LinkedIn comms advice? 😁
