Hi all, I am trying to implement the increased use of videos in my organisation. Basically just having a process in place so that everyone can refer to it. Ideally there'd be document which clearly sets out steps to take.
I would like it so that the whole process i.e. conceiving, creating, editing and publishing videos are done using in-house staff as content creators.
Whenever we create a video it tends to be very ad-hoc and thus quite rushed and stressful. I just want it to be a bit more streamlined. Was wondering if anyone had any tips, documents, templates they could share?
