I work for a small to medium sized charity. We have a 'donate' button on our website which takes supporters through to our JustGiving page and asks them to make a donation through that platform. I would like to change this for two reasons;

1. JustGiving takes a % of all donations

2. We aren't capturing the contact details of supporters, making it harder to thank them and build a relationship with them.

I'd like to find out what other options are available to us. What are other charities using and would you recommend them? 

Any information shared would be greatly appreciated.
