I am after some advice. I founded my charity in September 2020 and became a Trustee. Last year due to funding & grants being hard to get as a small Charity I invested £60,000 into the charity as a loan to keep it going & pay staff.
The charity is in a good position and I wondered if I was allowed to start taking back monthly instalments of my loan?
I am also wondering about being a paid employee now as well as for the past 4 years I have not taken 1p and feel my time has proven my commitment to the charity and my personal income has changed.
Any advice would be greatly received.
