Hi everyone. We have recently transitioned from a charity to a CIO. I am a bit unclear about what the process is with the old charity.
Do we still have to make reports of the old charity as well as the new CIO? What do we do with past financial information? Can that be moved to the new CIO? Otherwise, for funders, it looks like we have done nothing.
