Hi everyone,

I'm investigating options for a CRM that our volunteers can use to contribute to documents, collaborate with each other and staff, claim expenses and log their time. It would also be a database, managing their personal data and contact details.

I am looking for something with great UX, that helps make the admin tasks involved in being a volunteer a lot easier and brings all the information and resources they need into one place. I want a system that helps engage and retain volunteers by virtue of it being a joy to use and making admin and comms easier and smarter.

I know of Better Impact and Team Kinetic - but not sure what the other options are. I'm keen to know what others use and your feedback - as vol managers and from volunteers?
