Hi All,
The charity I represent (Radio Horton) transitioned to a CIO about 2 years ago and introduced a new charitable object which is based on a model provided by the Hospital Broadcasting Association, around the prevention of the advancement of ill health, promoting health and wellbeing through educational broadcast messaging.
Since transitioning, we have not yet created a strategic plan of where we want to take the charity, though each of the trustees have ideas and thoughts about future evolution / diversification, setting a vision / mission, etc.
Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions around creating a strategy / plan and where to start? I am planning to dedicate our next trustee board meeting to 'strategy'.  All of our trustees are volunteers with limited time, and we are only a small team so I'm grateful for any advice you can share.
