CharityConnect: CRM databases recommendations?
Hi All,

We are currently looking at getting a new CRM database and for it to be able to do a few different things without it costing the earth.  We want it clearly to be reliable, friendly, easy to use and to capture the following:
Calandar reminder -this will be very useful re funding reports etc
User-friendly interface and easy navigation
e-mail marketing -useful for our events and campaigns
marketing auto system
contacts management
email client integration really important for updating and preventing solo working (at the moment, each member of staff has their own contacts.  We would like ideally for all staff to go through the central 'address' book.  This would mean each time they receive mail from a new contact, it would go into the database for all staff to access,, and same if they email a new contact!)
integration with Microsoft office 365-vital
reports/analysis
campaigning
fundraising/donor management -desperately need but might come under contact management.
Does anyone have personal recommendations?
