Hello - I wonder if you can help me?Ā š
Would anyone be willing to share theirĀ Delegation of Authority Policy with me please? I have to draft one for the charity I work for, that covers all our operations & financial decisions etc. and would love to learn what other charities do.Ā
I'd be so grateful if you'd share your policy or a good template that I could use.
