As a young #BAME woman working in the charity sector in the UK, i have been faced with 'subtle' discrimination especially during hiring processess. You know that odd look you get, when you come into an interview room and are the only 'person of colour' in the room. Or the feeling you get when you absolutely know you have aced an interview and you get a disappointing email with no explanation as to why you weren't picked? Does this sound familiar and how can we begin to promote inclusion in the sector?
