Do you ever look for positive or hopeful stories? Where do you go for that kind of content?

Lately, I’ve been feeling quite overwhelmed by the constant stream of content I come across while browsing every day: news, social media, even sector updates. It often feels like there’s so much to take in, and not all of it is easy to digest.
So I’ve been wondering, do any of you actively seek out positive or hopeful stories to balance things out? And if so, where do you go to find that kind of content: any specific websites, newsletters, or communities you turn to when you need a lift?
Would love to hear what works for others.
