Does anyone remember seeing the insightful ACEVO report In Plain Sight back in 2019. Yep, a million years ago. It really was a watershed moment uncovering exploitative and abusive behaviours cultures in the sector.Â

Has the sector gotten better or worse since then with everything that's happened? What part do Trustees and staff play, particularly in collective bullying? Why does this continue to happen in a vales led, sector that is supposedly inclusive and champions equality? How can we work together to prevent this from happening?
