Does anyone know how to promote your charity internationally??

Hello all,
I am new in this site and so far I like it. I was wondering if you guys have any advice on promoting your charity to become international?
Also for promoting internationally do you have to pay anything? How you people do it?
My charity is rescuing dangerous animals and we would like to step further in rescuing, so are trying to promote our side internationally, however, we just don't know how to do it
If anyone has some links for that I would be really grateful to help me with my promotions problems.
I am seriously bad on marketing here just so you guys know
