I have a query regarding an issue which a charity is facing .
The charity where I freelance with holds a domain name example (xx.org.uk) and a charity which gets £ 40 million pound owns another domain - (xx.org) .
now the charity with the domain name (xx.org.uk )is working and has all the social media domain at it launched .
Can the Charity which owns xx.org sue the other charity ?
