We are looking for a new donor CRM, we raise funds through direct mail, fundraising events, grants and trusts.
We have looked at Beacon and Donorfy, Beacon feels the better of the two but the chair feels it won't cope with direct mail and that we need a specific direct mail CRM.
Anyone using Beacon with direct mail? Or any other database, we are a small team so must be easy to use and user friendly.
