Hi - like many I have been frustrated by the problems logging into the new CAF system, but I did finally get in yesterday.
I took a look at the statement on all the accounts I have access to (five in all across three different charities) and found to my dismay that there are very significant differences between the balance shown on 6th June (the day of the transfer) between the "Historical" statement (ie pre6th June) and the new statement (post 6th June) - the differences are of the order of 5-10% of the account balance and can be either way (ie we have gained or lost funds. There are no transactions we know of that account for these differences.
