Facilitator recommendations for board away day

Leadership

Nathan Strong Director of Strategy at The English-Speaking Union Posted 1 year ago

I am in the process of preparing for a Board Away Day on 18/19 July in Cheadle, Stockport. The purpose of the Away Day is for Trustees and the leadership team to consider and agree our long-term vision, mission and objectives to inform our 5-years strategy.
In putting the agenda together, the CEO and I thought it might be more valuable to bring in an external facilitator who understands strategy and can help the group reach the desired outcomes, rather than have the exec team lead it.
Any recommendations for a suitable facilitator?
Thanks v much
