One of my biggest troubles in running Kids Voice is finding people who can get involve and help grow the charity. As we are a small charity we are all working on a voluntary basis, giving our time for free. With the current model of our organisation we have the flexibility and luxury of working remotely and engaging with each other via email, conference calls and meetings at least once a month. I am currently working on the charity on my own and would love to have a small group of people to work with to bounce ideas off of, delegate responsibilities etc.

At present I am relaunching the organisation after a long hiatus. I am trying to find individuals to get involved and work with me in order to build the organisation up. This includes social media personnel, someone to approach organisations and individuals in order to find projects that are aligned with our vision and objectives, someone to help organise our relaunch event, donor engagement etc. 

I may be over optimistic in finding such a broad range of individuals to come and volunteer their time but I know it is possible! 

Any tips on getting the right people on board to work together and where to find these superstars?
