Hi, I hope some of you might be able to help me.
A major part of our charitable work is awarding grants (of Bibles etc.) to individuals and organisations all over the world. At the moment, we manage the administration of this part of our work in our CRM system, by email, and with a few spreadsheets.
We are considering investing in some grant management software / systems that would allow us to keep much better track of the application processes and also improve on what we can do with the data we collect through more advanced reporting. The number of ongoing grants relationships we have is in the low thousands and we deal with hundreds of applications and grant requests every year.
Would any of you be willing to share your experiences of any grant management systems you have used, the good, the bad and the ugly?!  If you would rather message me directly than share your comments publicly please feel free to do that.
Thanks in advance for your help,
Philip.
