We run a Mentoring and Coaching Programme, designed to support people in numerous roles within the Third Sector. We aim to help participants to build a variety of skills including Leadership, Governance, safeguarding and Soft Skills such as communication and problem solving. Our aim is to take individuals on a journey which not only supports them in managing challenges but also grows their skills and enables to move in their career, as well as providing excellent leadership to the charities they work with.
