Pay awards 2024/25 - what's best practice?

I am very interested to know what the lie of the land is around pay awards is for 2024/25?
Last year we gave staff a 5% pay rise to reflect the cost of living pressures, however given inflation is dipping it would be good to know what the average pay rise boards are awarding to staff for the next financial year?
