I personally manage the third sector division of a recruitment consultancy and the one aspect of my job I truly love is the interaction with so many amazing charities and the fabulous work you all do, I feel inspired daily.

I am very passionate about the charity sector and as a recruitment company we have also set up our own charity to assist young people to get into employment.

The OPERA Global Youth Foundation (OPERA) is the recruitment industry's youth employment foundation. We are uniting recruiters to empower young people to find, gain and stay in work.

In addition to this I am also responsible for fundraising here at Baltimore Consulting Group and would love to discuss us running a campaign for your organisation should this be of interest, as a recruiter within the public and third sector it is important that we help and support charities where we can. Our consultants have ran Tough Mudder, Marathons, Sky Dives, and Cake Sales as an example of our passion to contribute to the community. We are open to you suggesting a campaign idea too!

I have always been proactive in supporting charities of all sizes across all specialties, the first charity event I ever did was at the tender age of 11 “Make Poverty History” I organised a battle of the bands within my school and raised £8,000, I don’t think that was half bad for my age!
