We are a small counselling charity. Sadly we have recently lost some items from the centre, so we are having to look at installing a video camera to record people coming and going.
Does anyone know what our obligations with regard to GDPR are? Surely if we just put a sign up saying you are being recorded this is sufficient?
Any legal pointers appreciated. Thank you.
