We are currently reviewing our volunteer safer recruitment process to be in line with new regulations.
Has anyone used a third party or agency to do an HR project where they review/screen/vet volunteer applications and references? We are a very small team and do not have the resources to manage the following up and screening of over 100 volunteers. I believe it is an HR admin project but we would also need guidance of walking the current volunteers through the process without losing their goodwill because they are having to do new layers of checks.
Hugely grateful for any help/advice.
