I'm in the same Community Fundraising role for 9 years and there's no progression/opportunities for various reasons. So, instead of leaving, I'm wondering if requesting a title change is possible so I feel some for of recognition.Â
I'm tied into my salary so there's no possibility of an increase. Any thoughts or experience of this scenario? I would be the first on my team to ask/get such a change made.
