How can we gain more charitable web design clients?

Hi everyone,
I have started a CIC that I intend to self-fund via my digital design and marketing business.
Can anyone share tips on how to get web design clients in the charity sector (we also provide SEO, app design, graphic design/branding, content creation and more)? We are Wordpress specialists, and know there are many charities out there we can help.
I've worked on some fairly high level national projects in the past, and love to bring my skills and experience to those with smaller budgets.
