I am in a very difficult position with a charity that I work for. I don’t seem to have any legal support unless I pay for it myself. I have contacted Acas and they say they can’t support me unless I leave. I wrote a grievance in January which had not been taken seriously or been dealt with.Â
Financially I can’t afford to leave but the directors are being bullying and causing a lot of issues. They have been reported to charities commission and after having a conversation with them they can remind them if their duties and to keep them up to date but they are not replying to the updates and haven’t sent through the director duties to the chairman for forward on.
