A friend of mine is going through this situation and I would be keen to hear any advice on what you'd do if it were you. I also wonder if this is a common occurrence with new leadership and have suggested to my friend it could be.
A new CEO has started at my friend's organisation and they are now feeling pushed out and uncommunicated with. They've tried reaching out to the new CEO and have always been friendly, suggesting meetings and trying to proactively work with them. But, it feels to my friend that the new CEO is pushing them out of things they would usually have been involved in, not communicating or responding to emails and that perhaps they don't want them there anymore.
What are your thoughts? Has anything similar happened to you?
