Hello. We are a board of three trustees, and we are in the happy position of having five people express an interest in joining our board of trustees. They would all appear to be excellent candidates and if they each applied on separate occasions we would be happy to accept each one. However, like buses, five have appeared together! To me the benefit is we can go through the induction process fewer times if we can herd them together at the same times, and there is a lot to be said for the bonding that goes on in these situations. But what is your experience, and what would you suggest?
