How to go about translating our meetings?

Hello everyone,

As an international charity, we often deal with communication problems and need meetings to be translated live. We deal a lot with french speaking countries, so we often have to translate from French into English and vice-versa.

How do you do that? Is there anyone in your charity working as an interpreter or do you know any interpreting services that do it on a volunteer basis?
