I run a CIC on a voluntary basis (I'm also the founder) but as we are growing I am struggling as I work full-time as well, so I essentially have two full time jobs and realistically I can't continue like that. I do have a team of volunteers who are helping out but it's not sustainable in the long run (I've been doing this for three years now).
Ideally, I'd like to leave my job and work for the CIC full-time but we don't have the funds for that at present - I'm wondering if anyone knows of any funding that covers core costs like salaries?
(PS I'm not talking a huge salary, just what I am currently earning, which isn't a lot!)
