How to implement Dynamic 365 CRM system

Hi all,
We are looking at implementing a CRM system in 2026. I've been doing some heavy research into this, but wondering if anyone has direct experience with Dynamic 365? We're just about to migrate our servers and move to 365 so seems like it might all tie in - any insights welcome.
