Hi there,

We're looking at implementing a new HRIS/HRMS in the next few months and wondered if anyone had any words of wisdom re. successful implementation across a small (105 colleagues) but diverse organisation? I'd love to hear more about any lessons learnt or 'we wish we'd done this' moments you might have had since.
