How can a charity Board of a Foundation CIO remove a trustee? (Anonymous post 🤫)

I run a UK charity with partnerships to other charities in Spain.
One of our members has informed us that our main partner is effectively being taken over by another organisation and we wish to ensure that all is going to be above board, and these new people continue to have the same aims and objectives as us.
They are set up as a new CIC and go by the name of Catnip TNR Worldwide. We would like to hear from anyone who knows their work and their history, as there is very little evidence of finances, successes, or other organisations that have benefitted from being involved with them.
