We are a charity that follows SORP for the annual accounts. This year, for the purposes of quarterly management accounts for Trustees, we spread any income for the whole year equally across each quarter.Â
Last year we only showed it when it came in, rather than spreading it across each quarter. It's easier to do the latter in terms of time but what is everyone's view in terms of what is best?
