Hi fantastic fundraisers!

I'm a PhD student at Sussex university doing research into the psychology and neuroscience behind charitable giving. I'm currently applying for funding to run a project in the new year on how virtual reality technology can increase empathy and boost giving. If you have links with an organisation working with VR I'd really like to hear from you. We're looking to partner with a charity to test the effects of the specific VR experience or 360-degree video you are using. This will give you fantastic in-depth data on if and why this technology is working in the interests of your charity, with little time or financial commitment on your side thanks to the funding we hope to obtain and partnership with a VR specialist lab at Goldsmiths university. 

For the funding application, I need to show that this is something charities are interested in. There would be no obligation at this point to follow through your involvement in the project but if you would be happy for me to put down the name of your organisation as a potential partner please let me know as soon as possible. Then depending on the success of the funding application we could discuss details in the new year and see if this is something you do want to be involved in.
