Software to replace Lend Engine

Hi! We are looking to replace our software Lend Engine which allows us to book out equipment either for fundraising or upcoming events.
We need to replace it with something that shows when something is booked out, not available, can be done by phone and just an all round better system.
I'm looking into:
1. Asset Panda
2. Checkfront
3. Skedda
4. Resource Guru
