Looking for a low cost event space, any suggestions?

I am looking for free (low) cost event space in Central and or Greater London area that is a safe space for a women only event for the charity I am an administrator for (Her Equality Rights and Autonomy - HERA UK).
We are looking for a space to hold BYO luncheon during that week as our annual Christmas event for our current students, staff and supporters. We're looking for a location that has good public transport links, and will allow us to spend around three (3) hours in their premises.
We are running out of options really with only now five (5) weeks to run before the event. This is why I join Charity Connect to get suggestions and recommendations. I saw three in the the Operations channel, but I am not sure of one of them, which looked more like a nightclub than an event space.
