Hi everyone

I have worked in the charity sector for 6 years in a variety of roles including workshop facilitation, research, project management most recently community development. 

I've recently started a new job for a very small charity with just 5 members of staff and I am managing a large community development project and line managing two people for the first time. 

I'd love to connect with others doing community development work to discuss ideas, challenges, successes and all that's in between! Does anyone know if there's an existing network such as this? 

In addition I'm really keen to develop my own skills (leadership, innovation and everything else!) in order to increase my confidence and fulfil the role to the best of my ability. I was wondering if there are any female charity professionals with experience of senior leadership in community based organisations who might be interested in doing some mentoring over zoom? I'm not set on how I imagine it would work so could be just a couple of sessions or something longer term if it works for both parties. Unfortunately I'm not in a position to pay for time but would of course fit in to your schedule and needs.
