Looking for a mentor or peer buddy for a brand-new charity

Hi all, I’m a former SEN/EYFS teacher in Basingstoke setting up a small charity (a CIO) that gives families of 0-5s a gift box of books and toys, with simple play ideas to help children’s early communication and interaction. I’m starting with a small pilot.

I have trustees, but I’m doing the day-to-day work alongside full-time study. Starting a charity is something I’ve always wanted to do, and I’d really value someone to bounce ideas off and keep me accountable. You might work in a similar sector, be at a similar stage, or just have experience to share. Nothing formal, even an occasional chat would make a big difference.
