Looking for assistance with transferring from a unincorporated charity to a CIO

Hi, all
We are a small growing church Charity who have an opportunity to acquire a new premises, with a much greater capacity via a lease. This has prompted us to look into transferring from a unincorporated Charity to a CIO. We currently own the present building via a trust.
Have just received the heads of terms for the lease and are now looking for legal help to move forward on all matters.
