Looking for mentor in International Development.

Hi All,
I've been part of a medium sized International Development NGO for a bit over a year and a half now having previously worked on private-sector projects relating the global south.
I'm now looking for an appropriate mentor and would appreciate the support of an individual from the IntDev sector, ideally with Senior Management experience in Fundraising or Programme Management.
The three areas I'm looking for support with are;
- Personal & career development
- Strategic thinking & planning
- Programme Management
Open to responses here or via direct message, what I'd imagined is a half hour, Zoom Coffee with potential mentors to discuss ourselves, expectations and potential benefits each party can gain. Then an agreement on how much/how often we want to connect as part of a mentoring pact.
