Looking to transfer my charity career into the UK

Hello everybody!
I just moved in UK to change my life and start a new career in the charity sector.
I have many experiences in event management, communication and team leading thanks to my job as Digital and Event Coordinator in Italy. Furthermore, I am a co-founder of Spring Up, a charity in my town in Italy.

I am looking for a job in the humanitarian sector and I am browsing for a career in migrants matters!
So, I sent many CVs to many charities but I didn't receive any positive feedback, since September I gain zero interviews!!!
