This is my first time reaching out on here. I'm looking for a mentor to help me particularly on the comms side of charity life. I've been in my current job nearly a year now, but I could really do with some guidance and tips to help with the growth the charity is seeing and manage my daily workload. I'm quite young and new to the charity sector, so I would love to hear from someone with a bit more experience than myself.

The only issue is that it is a very small charity, and I would struggle to get any budget for this. I was wondering if anyone could recommend any discounted or pro bono mentors I could look into?
