Our charity is currently in the middle of the process of taking over another small charity. We would like to merge our Facebook pages, we know what the technical process is - everyone needs to be an admin of both pages, which we all are, and the pages need to be from the same organisation, which it now legally is. However, the issues are that the pages need to have the same URL, which we can't change as both charities have different names. If we change the names of both pages to the same name, Facebook could automatically merge it, however there is a risk that one of the pages will be blocked if it's denied and we will lose access and all of the followers from that page.

We have tried getting in touch with Facebook about this, but it's all an automated system and we can't seem to get in touch with an actual human!

If anyone has any experience with merging Facebook pages, or knows someone who will have experience of this, please do let me know.
