Buzzacott’s New Manager Pathway programme trains you alongside other charity and not-for-profit professionals giving you the opportunity to share practices and learn from one another in a secure and safe environment. Endorsed by the Institute of Leadership Management, the programme is made up of seven half-day modules plus a one-to-one coaching session. This programme is designed to bridge the gap between technical expertise and people management capability, while helping you to usefully translate the knowledge and skills you have acquired from the course into your workplace day-to-day practice.
